GREEK DIP

Ingredients:

DIP INGREDIENTS:
2 Packages Cream Cheese (8 oz each)
Feta Cheese (6-8 oz)
1/4 Cup Sour Cream
1 Tsp Oregano (scant)
1/8 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
1 Large Clove Garlic (minced)

TOPPINGS:
1 Small Tomato Finely Chopped
2 Green Onions
1/2 small cucumber (seeded, chopped)
1/2 Green Pepper (seeded and finely chopped)

GARNISH
Black Olives

SERVE ON
Miniture Pitas

DIRECTIONS:
Combine dip ingredients
Spread dip on platter
Sprinkle toppings over dip
Place olive halves in ring around platter
Serve with pita triangles
